Customized Name Jewellery

All customized jewellery (including name-based designs) is non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, we do offer replacement in the following cases:

Product received is damaged, defective, or not as per order.

You must report the issue within 2 days of receiving the item along with clear photos/videos as proof.

Note: Spelling mistakes provided by the customer during order placement are not eligible for replacement.
Non-Customized Items

For non-customized items, we do not offer refunds, but we do provide replacement in the following conditions:

Wrong item received

Damaged item on delivery
