Return & Replacement Policy – Impo Mart

At Impo Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer replacements for eligible products under certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully:

Customized Name Jewellery

  • All customized jewellery (including name-based designs) is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • However, we do offer replacement in the following cases:

    • Product received is damaged, defective, or not as per order.

    • You must report the issue within 2 days of receiving the item along with clear photos/videos as proof.

Note: Spelling mistakes provided by the customer during order placement are not eligible for replacement.

Non-Customized Items

  • For non-customized items, we do not offer refunds, but we do provide replacement in the following conditions:

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged item on delivery

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue details:

  2. Send photos or videos of the damaged/wrong product.

  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the product.

Important: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for replacement.
