  • Customized Jewellery Orders:
    All customized products (e.g., name jewellery) are made to order. Processing time is typically 5 to 7 business days before shipping.

  • Non-Customized Products:
    Processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

  • We deliver all over Pakistan.

  • Delivery time after dispatch is usually 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charges apply based on package weight and location.

  • Free shipping may be available on certain promotions or order values (if applicable).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your parcel with the courier service.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Is delayed beyond the expected time

  • Is marked as delivered but not received

  • Arrives damaged or incomplete

6. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery
