All customized products (e.g., name jewellery) are made to order. Processing time is typically 5 to 7 business days before shipping. -
Non-Customized Products:
Processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time

Delivery time after dispatch is usually 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
3. Shipping Charges
